Home Care Worker Pilots
Home Child Care Provider Pilot — for those providing care to children under 18 in a private home. Home Support Worker Pilot — for those providing care to seniors or persons with disabilities. Both offer a direct PR pathway after 24 months of eligible Canadian work experience.
Express Entry Healthcare Category Draws
IRCC holds regular category-based draws targeting healthcare workers. These often have lower CRS cutoffs (400–450 range) than general draws.
